So you use your own computer as a server of sorts (host for the files) instead of Google Drive, Youtube or Dailymotion. If so, that makes sense given that outside host links can get zucced. Registered users can vote to skip. It is the little button on the right below the player. I was the same way when I was a green. You should be able to hover over the button and it should tell you what the button does. You can definitely mute people as a mod.
